DigiFirst is an implementation research project designed to improve equitable healthcare access in Lagos State, Nigeria through telehealth. Supported by the Lagos State Health Management Agency (LASHMA) and funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), the project is implemented by the SCIDaR_VillageReach (VR) Consortium.

Mission

Our mission is to close healthcare gaps in underserved communities by utilizing innovative telehealth solutions, including the hotline, market kiosks, and community pharmacy kiosks. By delivering accessible and high-quality primary healthcare services, DigiFirst strives to establish a sustainable and scalable model that redefines healthcare delivery across Lagos State.
